It was challenging to sweat the onions that were not included in the ingredients list........... Used different ingredients. Season to taste. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden. Combine the lamb, parsley and sauces in a food processor or blender and blitz until finely chopped. Gently fry off the mushrooms, garlic and onions till softened, then add the carrots and tomatoes. Add the leftover lamb and fry for 1-2 minutes, mixing in well with the vegetables. Stir in the stock cubes, then add the lamb, Worcestershire sauce and tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
